The buyer<\/span> is the<\/span> visitor of<\/span> website and<\/span> catalogs,<\/span> who orders<\/span> and pays<\/span> at least one product<\/span>. Product sales can be done electronically or by telephone<\/span>, calling the<\/span> contact number<\/span> listed on<\/span> this website. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

FAILURE<\/span><\/span> CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Article<\/span><\/span> 43 of<\/span> the Consumer Protection Act<\/span>, a contract in<\/span> behalf of<\/span> a minor or incompetent person incompetent can be signed only<\/span> by their legal representatives<\/span>. Electric appliances purchased from Beauty Sales Center Ltd. are warranted. The warranty card is delivered to the customer with the product. The buyer is obliged to keep the warranty card and receipt entire warranty period. Invoice and warranty card are the only documents which the buyer can generate their rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

PRICES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

All<\/span><\/span> products offered<\/span> on<\/span> www.beautysalescenter.com<\/span>\u00a0are priced in Euros (EUR)\u00a0\u00a0and <\/span>\u00a0include VAT. The price<\/span> does not include<\/span> shipping costs<\/span> that are charged<\/span> by receiving the products<\/span>. If<\/span> payment is made<\/span> by bank<\/span> payment<\/span> in accordance to offer<\/span> sent to the customer by the administrator<\/span>, valid<\/span> prices<\/span> of the products are<\/span> those indicated on<\/span> the offer.<\/span> Offer<\/span> is valid<\/span> for as many days<\/span> as indicated<\/span> on the offer<\/span>.\u00a0The seller is authorized, without prior notice, at any time to determine a discount or special price for an individual product, a group of products or all products.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

TERMINATION OF CONTARCT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The customer can<\/span> cancel the order<\/span>, without specifying the<\/span> reason<\/span>, within seven (<\/span>7) working days. Deadline<\/span> order cancellation<\/span> period starts from<\/span> the date the<\/span> customer<\/span> received<\/span> the product<\/span>.<\/p>\n

The buyer<\/span> must notify the<\/span> seller<\/span> of cancellation of<\/span> orders<\/span> in writing.<\/span><\/p>\n

The order<\/span> will be canceled<\/span> when the seller<\/span> receives<\/span> written notice<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In<\/span> case of cancellation of<\/span> order, the buyer<\/span> at his own expense<\/span> must return the product<\/span> to the seller.<\/span><\/p>\n

A product that<\/span> is returned<\/span> to the seller<\/span> must be<\/span> in its original packaging<\/span>, with all fittings<\/span>, undamaged and<\/span> in perfect condition<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Product<\/span> cannot be<\/span> returned<\/span> unless<\/span> the product is<\/span> carried out<\/span> any<\/span> intervention to<\/span> repair or converse<\/span>, and if<\/span> a mistake was made<\/span> by untrained<\/span> or<\/span> unprofessional <\/span>handling.<\/p>\n

The seller<\/span> agrees<\/span> to the buyer<\/span> to return<\/span> the entire amount<\/span> of funds paid<\/span> within 30<\/span> days after<\/span> receipt of written notice<\/span> of termination<\/span>, which is calculated<\/span> from<\/span> receipt of the written<\/span> notice of termination<\/span> to payment<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

EXCLUSION OF THE TERMINATION<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The buyer is not entitled to terminate the agreement in the cases provided for in Article 49.Zakona Consumer Protection Act.<\/span><\/p>\n

OBSERVATIONS AND COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, article 8, the buyer may submit their written objections to adres of the company, following e-mail: info@beautysalescenter.com. For any comments and complaints Seller will respond within a maximum of 15 days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Terms of use define the conditions of ordering and paying for producs. \u00a0The buyer is responsible for the veracity of the information that specifies when ordering products. In the case of inaccuracy or incompleteness of buyer, the seller is not obligated to deliver the ordered products to the customer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deliveries are made only on Croatian territory.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 within the whole of Croatian for purchases over\u00a0 66,36 EUR\u00a0 \u00a0– delivery time 24-48 hours working day.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Package to 2 kg – 3,32 EUR+VAT\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Delivery of the islands is schedule posted on www.dpd.hr. Delivery to the islands is carried out up to five working days. Delivery prices to islands that are not connected to the mainland are increased by 50% on the above prices courier.<\/span><\/p>\n

TRANSPORT goods handling and emergency procedures DAMAGES SHIPMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ordered products are packaged in such a way that during normal handling are not damaged. Seller disclaims all liability in respect of defects which may occur during shipping. When receiving products the buyer is obliged to check the status of shipments. In the case of any damage the buyer should immediately report reclamation to courier company employee. If a<\/span><\/span> customer sees<\/span> the external<\/span> packaging<\/span> damage<\/span>, he should refuse<\/span> the shipment<\/span><\/span>. Seller agrees to deliver a customer new package or, in the case the products that are not available to repay the money.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

COMPLAINTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The buyer has the right to return the products when the products are damaged or faulty, provided that the damage did not occur during the transport of products.<\/span><\/p>\n

The deadline for claims is 3 days from the receipt of shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Seller will approve the return delivery if the product is not used or damaged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Complaints are taken into account upon receipt of a complaint sent by e-mail or phone call.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: products are intended for professional use. Beauty sales center d.o.o. bears no responsibility for unprofessional application of purchased products.<\/span><\/p>\n

All complaints products can be send to the following address: Beauty Sales Centre Ltd., Pomerio 12, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. Buyer – User is obliged to send the complaint product in its original packaging with the original receipt and shipment.<\/span><\/p>\n

If viewing the complaints products parent company not establishes damages, claims cannot be accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n

REPLACEMENT PRODUCT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Pay attention to details and color products you wish to order and take advantage of the ability to write notes when ordering our products. In undamaged, properly received and originally packaged products that you would like to replace the incorrect colors, materials and similarly, the client is required to cover all shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the product that you want to replace is without the original packaging, unpacked, broken or damaged in any way, unfortunately we will not be able to change.<\/span><\/p>\n
