Bioevolution cartridges\u00a0for permanent makeup<\/h3>\n

BioEvolution has developed and patented the first integrated needle system with the attachment of a cartridge that can guarantee the highest standards of hygienic safety in permanent makeup. The inner membrane keeps the needle percectly sterile and clean while it protects against dye or blood flow back into the hand piece. Simultaneously, it protects the needle from contamination during use. In order to meet safety requirements, all disposable cartridges are packed in an ISO class 8 cleanroom, and they are additionally sterilised with ethylene oxide. An individual lot numer is assigned to each cartridge.<\/p>\n

When the needle cartridge is detached \u2013 the needle, being guided automatically, retracts into the hand piece. This prevents any accidental puncturing by the needle and prevents the possibility of a viral infection causing, subsequently, the onset of some dangerous diseases such as AIDS or hepatitis. The cartridge contains a reservoir for a specific colour of pigment. A single cartridge lasts for the entire regular procedure without the need to refill. Due to the patented cartridge design, splattering of the pigment does not occur. Special attention has been paid to the needles as well. The shape of the needle was designed optimally in order to obtain the highest precision and offers minimum discomfort while implanting dyes into the skin.<\/p>\n

Meso Re-Vitalize cartridges\u00a0are equipped with a plate with a surface covered with 18 microneedles which puncture the skin in delicate manner. There are also 13 openings on the surface of the plate which allow unobstructed flow of\u00a0 Meso Re-Vitalize active substances.<\/p>\n

Microneedles are 0,5 mm long, which makes it possible to puncture the skin up to the depth of 0,3 mm. Micropunctures do not affect the blood system, owing to which treatment can be performed not only by aesthetic medicine clinics but also by cosmetologists and beauticians.<\/p>\n

The plate with microneedles is convex and flexible, owing to which it surface adjusts to the shape of the treated sites and easily gets to sites which are normally difficult to reach.<\/p>\n

Meso Re-Vitalize cartridges\u00a0enable effective perforation of the epidermal layer (epidermis) and owing to the created micropunctures, make it possible to introduce active substances with larger molecules to the dermis layer in a painless manner. Normally, it is not possible for such molecules to permeate so deep down.<\/p>\n

BioEvolution has developed and patented a cartridge system which ensures compliance with the highest safety and hygiene standards. An internal membrane prevents cosmaceutics and blood from moving back to the hand-piece. In this way, it eliminates the possibility of contamination during a microneedle mesotherapy treatment. Single-use cartridges are packed in sterile blisters. Each cartridge has a serial number.<\/p>\n

Meso Re-Vitalize cartridges\u00a0can be used in BioEvolution permanent make-up devices and other devices in which cartridge needles are used. Owing to this concept, permanent make-up devices can be now used also for microneedle mesotherapy treatments.<\/p>\n
